I can't thank the team enough (especially Helen) for designing and making a pendant in memory of my Granny with her engagement diamond. Great attention to detail and time spent coming up with a number of designs. They ensured I was happy with everything and kept me updated with the progress. They also incorporated sand into my design for me and provided a sample of this before going ahead. I would highly recommend Justin Richardson's to anyone. I am over the moon with the end product.
