We had to exchange a few watches due to my dads disability with poor eyesight, he needs something with high legibility, but the customer support was excellent. Mich, Fin and Jack are marvellous chaps, they worked very hard to help my dad get the watch he wanted. Thanks guys. I can highly recommend Jura Watches.

Completely over the moon with Jura Watches service. This is my first 'proper' watch and their level of service, communication and professionalism is outstanding. I couldn't recommend them enough. Case in point. When going through the checkout I thought I had chosen my FREE gift, but when my watch turned up (special delivery and gift wrapped) it wasn't in the (beautiful) box. Completely my fault, but a quick call to the very helpful customer service and it was in the post and delivered to me the very next day at no extra cost. That, is amazing service. If you are thinking of buying a watch and Jura stocks it, I would absolutely recommend buying with confidence from them. I know I will be in the future.

You know what it’s like, ‘should I?, shouldn’t I?’. Well, I do that A LOT with watches. I recently took a wander up and down New and Old Bond Street to try on all of those watches on my extensive list of ‘favourites’. Having tried many on, ranging up to £20k, the one that really struck a chord was the Bell & Ross BR05. I wasn’t going to buy it from a ‘we don’t do discounts’ London ‘boutique’ because I knew I had a good relationship with Jura Watches. I put the watch in my basket, then dithered, as you do (just me?). Fin then called me from Jura and checked if everything was okay. We discussed sizing for my small wrist, and pricing. Fin then secured me a deal and sent me an invoice ready for when I wanted to proceed. I was always going to proceed. I was just playing it cool. So cool in fact that I left it a whole ten minutes before checking out!! I would have no hesitation in recommending Jura Watches to anyone. Fin, on this occasion, and Jack on the previous two occasions were very helpful indeed. I will, of course, be returning.
