These people are so helpful. I come to them with DIY trials big and small and they are always incredibly patient while we discuss the ins and outs of whatever challenge I've put in front of them. I went to this guys for s loss car key for a keyless start BMW 2012.they sent me what I can now only describe as a cowboy to do the job and ripped me off for this job £300 cash. A few day in the car won't start, the had to change the battery, then a few months in started having more problems with this key. They won't fix anything, Been told that the use Chinese software to reprogram these keys where as other genuine key place will tell you to go direct to BMW. They are rip off merchants to avoid at all cost, they even tried to deny that they did my car luckily the sms are still on my phone.somedays i could spend about 5min to try and start my own car, Now I am left with the stress and pain
