First class service. I managed to lock myself out of my house just before going out to get the kids from school. Joe came over straight away and it was all sorted by the time I got home. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thanks again for your help!

Joe just did a fantastic job of fixing my back door. The lock and handle had failed and while Joe couldn't fix it completely on his first visit, he made sure the door was lockable and the house was safe before he left. My door mechanism was discontinued but Joe was able to source alternative parts and replace only what was necessary saving me lots of money. Not only that, he didn't charge even close to what I was expecting so he has made me a very happy customer! Thanks Joe.

My daughter died last month and I'm having to pack up my rental home to move, not been sleeping, then the front door closed behind me when I went outside to feed the birds. Distraught doesn't even do it.! Then Joe The Lock came to my rescue and was so kind. I hope lots of people get locked out this week ( sorry ) he deserves a lot of luck..and work. Thank you JTL
