Wendy Traini2 StarMy Daughter brought two pairs of Studd earrings with gems in for Christmas presents 2019 and by January they both had gems fall out!! When we returned them to the shop she was asked for a bank statement because the receipt couldn't be found , not a problem but said No refund, you can have the value of the earrings, which she did.. But after a few weeks my pearl dropped off mine 😥 went in to complain The Manager basically made out it was my fault 🤷♀️ Always shopped here for years! But this year I won't be..
