Sam Kiu Wong5 StarOutstanding customer service. Called out Ian when I was having a problem with my front door. It was sticking and acting up and wasn’t catching every time. Ian told me it was not aligned properly and my door wasn’t secure. I had a thumb turn on the inside but it was close to the letterbox and should not have been fitted in the first place.
