All vehicles made since 1993 come with a microchip inside the car key (transponder), the transponder talks to your vehicle to ensure the car key is the correct key for your car. The man who answered the call was extremely professional, upfront with a competitive quote and was able to book somebody to come to my house within an hour. The fact that they were able to carry out the work + two keys for around £50 less than AA asked for one key shows it is always worth shopping around. Very good service! I hope I never have to use you again, but know where you are if I do :) Would 100% recommend James to everyone, he was so helpful and got into my car and cut a new key in about half an hour. He even offered and gave me a lift from my flat to where my car was parked as it was chucking it down with rain! Super friendly and efficient. We made contact on a weekend by text and had a response back really quickly. By the Tuesday morning the car lock had been fixed With a professional Friendly manner. Great van and good equipment for the job Amazing service. I lost my keys in town. Was a bit panicked as I had my 3 month old daughter with me. Called Auto Locks. He was with me in 15/20 minutes. Super friendly service, speedy and I was soon driving home. I could not rate him higher.

I had been badly let down by another locksmith regarding an issue with my work vans locks. After 2 months of back and forth I called Infinity Auto Locksmiths for a second opinion and had the issue sorted the same day! And for £50 less than my original quote!
