A huge applaud for the staff at Hour Passion, in particular Dominic, the gentleman stayed an extra fifteen minutes to sort out a watch I wanted to purchase, which he then took the links out of for me as well, and did all this with a smile on his face. Was extremely polite and I couldn’t be happier, thank you again Dominic for great service.

The staff in the shop are really kind. Bowie has a great way with customers. She's sold two Longines watches to me so far (one for me one for my father). Will definitely get another for my wife.
