Being accused of returning rented items late by shouting at me across the shop floor when I was entering the shop. Very embarrassing. When it was actually their Co worker who messed up the order. Had to prove by a bank statement. That I was in the right.

Very much overpriced. I purchased a number of items to find on the same day I could have saved up to 30% going elsewhere. Unfortunately won't be through their doors in a hurry any time soon. Very disappointing!
