I came in today for a charger cable ( Hamilton store) and asked for assistance from a guy called Stewart. He was very helpful. Even tried to fix my phone. As he used to work for 02. Don't know what he done but my phone problem is rectified for now. So thankyou Stewart. One happy customer

This is a smallish home bargains so not the full range but as usual a nice tidy and well stocked shop with friendly staff

Its 28c and my eldest son was in need of pokemon boosters he said something in pokemon jargon i had no idea what he was on about but i could sense the urgency in his voice so when out and about we stoped in at homebargans to see if they had pokemon cards they had various toys on the shelf i asked a staff member (nice lady in her 40s 😉 with blonde hair i didnt catch your name) and she nicely went and check the stock room to see if any pokemon cards were taken off display to make space for new products. Sadly HB didnt have any but due to the prompt service we left in confidence we had checked properly.

Absolutely shocking the staff are outrageous. I was in and tried out one of their handled garden brushes and was screamed at asking if I was going to buy it absolutely no need to treat customers like that.
