I used Andrew of High-line Locksmith services a few months ago, he replaced a number of window locks and panels for me.I had an issue with another window a couple of days ago. As last time, he fixed everything, turned up on time and the day he said he would. Job done would recommend to anyone.

Andy was an excellent support for me moving into my new home, he supported on the day of the move putting new temporary locks on whilst we ordered the more robust locks that we agreed would be best. He was back a couple of days later to fit these and I am very pleased with them , he also repaired some previous damage which was much appreciated, his communication was first class at every stage I knew what was happening. Outstanding service very quick and friendly couldn’t do enough for you, sourced and fitted new external door locking mechanism which had broken on me. Andy made time to come and see me the same day even though I called late afternoon. Would definitely recommend and I won’t be going anywhere else for any window or door repairs/instals.

Called Andy to help with a new build front door which was out of warranty, but the hinge had snapped. He came out exactly when he said he would, ordered parts, returned when he said he would and sorted it all out. As well as fixing some windows at the same time and upgrading our locks. And above all: a really nice bloke at the same time.
