I had totalled my jaguar smart key and knowing how much a new one from a dealer might be! I looked up for auto key repair shops and came across Herne Bay Locks near by, thank goodness I did. They managed for me to get my car to their work shop supply and program, a new key and some how salvage my dilapidated old key and get it working again. This was all done in a couple of hours and for a great price. I would recommend them to anybody. Great helpful friendly staff who put themselves out for the customer Can't give them enough praise.

I had 2 other companies come out to look at my Smart roadster, both failed to reconnect the keys, and 1 damaged the vehicle - Herne Bay Locks managed to sort it within 30 mins, repair the previous damage and were a 1/3 the price quoted by both other companies. Absolutely fantastic service and glad to be back up and running again!! Will definitely be using them in the future! Thanks again!

We had a guy come out to look at our key as it was in a bad state the guy just reprogrammed it and assured us it would be fine! we was charged a ridiculous £65 for 2 minutes on a computer and as you might guess it lost connection again when we called to say it wasn’t working they said it wasn’t there problem and they wouldn’t reimburse our money I’m disgusted with this as I haven’t even driven the car once since they done there 2 minutes of reprogramming!! And as a key worker I cannot now get to work! Really unhappy and will be taking this further!

I was in a right pickle! Locked my keys in my van! Whoops! Rang the AA who came out but couldn't unlock it so they rang Hermes Bay Locks. They came within a couple of hours and took only minutes to solve my dilemma. Amazing!!
