Amazing customer service. My door lock stuck so I couldn’t lock it and remove the key. Sent Simon a message and he was on his way! We live out in the sticks, a good half our out of Lincoln….but just hour after the message the issue was resolved and Simon explained the fault with the lock. He even cleaned the door!

My back door lock jammed around 9pm last night, thankfully I was inside and the lock jammed the door shut. I chose Happy Locks based on the content of their 5 star reviews and was not disappointed. Simon completed the job in a quick and efficient manner. I was particularly impressed that his focus is on repair as the first option and he opts for a replacement only when absolutely necessary. The job was completed efficiently with no mess left behind, the charges were very reasonable and I am a very happy bunny!! Recommended with a 5 star rating and no reservations!

Would definitely recommend, called just before 9pm and within an hour my lock was fixed. He was very professional and talked me through what he was doing, it was clear he wanted to get to the root of the problem not just fob me off with a replacement! Bonus his work is guaranteed for a year.

Happy Locks provided an excellent service with a smile, a broken fixing bolt sourced and replaced calmly and efficiently under stressful circumstances! Furniture delivery imminent! Great value, I would highly recommend. Thankyou a difficult situation averted and a few laughs along the way!
