martin davies5 Starbought a new engagement ring for my wife this christmas and today collected an alternative size as original was too big .Considering this was all done for us within a few days at a very busy time i cant praise Mike the manager enough i would give the quality of service 12 stars if that was allowed.I own a retail shop myself and i know how vital it is to have quality staff .Nothing was too much trouble for Mike and his staff and the quality of service shone as much as the beautiful diamond ring i bought .Well done ! .....Thursday 30th December 2021
Jenny1 StarI would give 0 star if I can. The old lady shopping assistant gives really bad service, like she is customer. Really make me uncomfortable. The shop manager is nice. I can feel that old women is a racist, strongly suggest Asian customers don’t shop in this place!Friday 18th February 2022
