I bought a ring from them and got it sent to my home address and it arrived to big so went to the shop and they told me that they could not do anything because it was not in excellent condition I only had it on once. They told me they could not do anything about it and the only way it could be resolved is to buy another ring shocking I will never shop there again or my friends or family and they are big shoppers of H Samuel shocking shocking it was my Ingagment ring

Terrible service in the store today. The ladies weren't remotely interested at us. I had to go and ask if we can get some assistance after 10 minutes standing of front of the wedding rings, it was just us 2 in the store. The assistant wasn't nice and simply couldn't be bothered. We both got wrong ring size as she wasn't paying attention to what we were saying. Just as well they are other shops with wedding jewelry around. Stay away. Avoid at all cost

I would strongly recommend that all people please go to big shops like "H. Samuel", "Chisholm Hunter" and "Ernest Jones". As they have stable policies. They pay long term attention for high reputation. Do not believe any local jewellery shops or small shops where I had been very unhappy very disappointed. The more struggling for survive, the more tricky they are. Jewellery payment is not small money. we are hardworking for penny. Wish all friends buy good things that worth the money.
