Excellent service. Proper traditional tradespeople you can trust. Old frozen lock removed without destroing the door and replaced with a better one, and then tidied up after themselves. Reasonable price too. Highly recommended.

Went here to get my daughter her first set of keys cut, the man working there was polite, advised me what keys would work and he cut a set within minutes! Not expensive at all. When I returned home I tested the keys, the chubb worked but the main key didn't so I went back and explained this to the man, he informed me that particular style key can be temperamental and showed me what other style would be best, he recut the key within a minute, was very apologetic and the key now works! I think it's because I got a design key with patterns etc on it. If it was a normal key there prob wouldn't have been a problem. Either way I would still go back here for future key cutting, engraving etc because the service was quite and the staff are polite!

Fabulous service for a new lock for my street door. I had to visit 4 times, as I didn't get all the information needed. I even got my measurements the wrong way around and Dan just re-did the lock for me. Highly recommend for a professional service at a fair price.
