Called Graham as front door lock had failed and needed replacing as could not close door securely. First question I asked when calling was “are you really based In Thanet and local” as three previous locksmiths called were obviously not despite having local telephone numbers. Arrived in 30 minutes, not a straight forward fix, but sorted , house now secure , good service , professional , would highly recommend - Thank you Graham
