I stumbled on Good Times and have to speak very highly of Robin. He clearly knows what he is doing when it comes to watches and repairs. The business may operate from a cart through the middle of the shopping centre but the honesty and expertise was first class. After visiting a well known high street store and being turned away, I questioned their advice and so glad I did. The fault on my Frederique Constant watch was not the battery as I had suspected. Robin took the back off and found a small screw missing which meant the encasement was loose and not making the connection for the piece to keep good time. Robin's knowledge meant he had just the thing tucked in his tool kit and was able to fix my watch in no time at all. The high street store wanted 100% more in £££'s to simply send away for a battery change. Who knows what that would have cost upon their inspection!?! Don't be fooled by a flash shop and fancy uniform, this business is the only one you need to know for your time keeping needs.

Had a really good experience with this place yesterday. I had a nice watch that unfortunately got broken. I asked the guy there if he would repair this he said yes at a nominal cost too might I add. it took him perhaps 5 minutes to fix this for me and he even cleaned the watch up too afterwards! Top quality watches too by the look of it I shall be going back to make a purchase soon!
