I never usually write reviews but i felt that the service i have received from Goldsmiths Merry Hill and namely from Anthony and Joe requires a special mention. I originally met Anthony last year to put my name down for a Rolex. The service I received was great. I had a laugh and was made to feel comfortable. I was so happy to have finally got the ‘phone call’ and after a few anxious days wait ahead of my prebooked collection, I was then greeted in the shop by Joe who was really helpful and made both my partner and myself very welcome and comfortable. The experience was awesome and made the watch collection experience memorable. I can’t recommend these guys enough! I look forward to hopefully visiting again in the near future.

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic! I have purchased a number of items from Jane Birchall (Sales Consultant) and Anthony Reid (Showroom Manager) at Goldsmiths (Merry Hill) over the last couple of years. Luke is such a nice guy, very friendly and professional, also calm and would explain everything you need to know about any watch.
