I went to the store to buy a new watch replacement as I'd recently been burgled. I had some Tesco vouchers and was going to add the balance. When I was first approached I explained that I was not exactly sure what I wanted and the manageress was extremely pleasant and offered me refreshments before passing me over to Laura who would help me choose. Laura helped me choose a watch which had to be ordered as it wasn't in stock. I was feeling quite low after the burglary but they were both so helpful and friendly and I felt I was more than just another sale, especially as although it was a lovely watch it wasn't as expensive as many they sold. However, I was quite overwhelmed when the manageress came up to me with some flowers. When I returned to collect the watch they both asked how was feeling now. I really felt they provided a fantastic service that related to the customer care not the cost.
