Locked ourselves out in the afternoon of New Year’s Day, called these guys and no one answered, to my surprise they called back a few mins later, even they had family visiting them they showed up in 20 mins (I live in Purley too). It’s a family run business, father and son came over, they are really polite and professional, assessed the situation quickly and figured out the best option, then they got us back home in no time. No extra charge even it’s a New Year’s Day, so you can imagine how competitive their price is. Would definitely recommend you give them a call if you need anything!

When I locked myself in the porch between the front and outer doors, Guner answered my 9AM call and came directly to sort of the problem. He opened 2 different types of doors very quickly, and replaced the lock on the outer door at the same time. His price was fair, and he has a friendly and professional demeanour that sets you at your ease and makes you feel you're in good hands, no matter how dumb you feel for locking yourself out. Would definitely use again, but hopefully won't have to. Thanks Guner!
