I used Frank because of 5 x 5 star Google ratings, however my experience was disastrous. He is in advanced years and works from a tiny workshop in his garden. I took a Seiko Chronograph valued at £150 so mercifully not a high value watch, to have the scratched glass replaced. He rang within the hour to say it was done, all seemed great! On collection all of the buttons were jammed and seized up, I immediately pointed this out he said he would fix immediately. After 3x follow up phone calls 3 weeks later he rang to say he’d sorted it “with WD40”. Surprise surprise non of the chronograph / stopwatch features now work and the watch is a write-off. Mercifully I can survive the £150 hit but honestly I absolutely wouldn’t touch him with a barge pole. You won’t get any paperwork either. I think he’s so old now he couldn’t care less. Use at your peril.

Really friendly and helpful gentleman, replaced a battery in and serviced my wife's watch for a very reasonable price. Much better than paying a fortune to send it away. Highly recommended.
