stefan Alexander5 StarNeeded a new front door lock for extra security and didn’t know where to start. Ask for Jack! Extremely knowledgeable, approachable and helpful. Normally in these types of shops it can be stressful but jack made it super efficient and his recommendation for locks was spot on!

Not only did they sell me it, but I was shown exactly how to fit it and advised to really fiddle and twiddle it as they can be a bit tricky. Sooo glad he said that cos I persevered long after wanting to give up, but managed it in the end by fiddling and twiddling the barrel exactly as shown.
