My husband gifted me an engrave watch from this store a few years ago however it consistently stopped and after numerous battery changes the mechanism was replaced however unfortunately after a week it stopped working once again. I attended the store last week and was advised it may be better to purchase a different watch. I explained that my watch was a gift & had been engraved however the staff offered to engrave any new one. I received a partial refund towards the cost of any new one. I chose a new watch with the help of staff member Elaine which was engraved by Sam and I would like to commend them both for the excellent care and service they provided.

Originally went in for a new battery for my watch, however whilst waiting looked at bags. So before I decided to buy one I was told no charge for this, normally £9. Service was exceptional by Richard made it an easy decision to purchase my new bag and engraved free of charge. Definitely will go back.

I went in looking for a replacement strap for an older style watch. Although there weren't any straps in stock for the watch. Elaine took my details and advised that she would get in touch with Head Office. Elaine then went above and beyond by providing a replacement strap from the spares box of the store and replaced it there and then. The customer service was fantastic and the face to face discussions made everything so much easier than it would have been dealing with things online.

The ladies at this store couldn’t be more helpful! I had my eye on the beaded Jolie baguette bag for months and by the time I went to buy it it was no longer in store. My own fault for waiting to buy but was very disappointed! They quickly tried to help me order online but when that didn’t work they phoned the Aberdeen store and got the last one sent down to me at Silverburn. It arrived promptly within a day or so and they kept it for me until I was able to come and collect. All staff were so helpful and friendly and I felt like they took a genuine interest in the needs of the customer. Will definitely recommend to a friend!! Thanks again for your help.
