My back door had jammed, with one of the internal bolts stuck. I can’t rate the service I received highly enough. They were well priced, excellent communicators right through the process (booking through to the actual job) and did a top class job. It was quite a difficult problem to solve but they did it with a lot of perseverance and skilfully completed it without damaging the door. Would use them again without any hesitation.

I was looking for a Locksmith as I had accidentally locked my front door after 28 years. I was on my way out to go to work. I searched online and found UK Fortress. The locksmith arrived an hour and 30 minutes later after saying their locksmith would arrive in 20 minutes. When the locksmith arrived he said changing the lock would cost £90.00 for a high security lock. He didn’t mention labour cost or time cost. I kept on asking how much the total cost would be. He didn’t say. When he completed the job he pushed the price up to £451.20. I was shocked. His debit card machine was not working. He was quite forceful in asking me to pay using online banking. Otherwise he would not leave. He didn’t even send a receipt acknowledgment via email. He didn’t ask for any email details. He just wanted payment. The whole experience was dreadful and I felt robbed. I would not recommend this company to anybody. Please do not use it!!!!

Quick and good value. Really really happy with the service from Fortress Locksmiths. I somehow managed to close my front door with the dead lock and my door key wouldn't even move. This is the first time I have been locked out and feared that I would be locked out most of the day and end up with a costly bill to get back inside. Fortunately, I was recommended Fortress Locksmtihs who was at my house in 15 minutes and then had me inside my house within half an hour. Steve's service was professional and friendly and he explained the cost of the work before doing anything. To get back in my house so quickly and for less than £100 was a lifesaver! Thank you Steve!

This company definitely deserves their 5 stars!! I had to have a lock installed on a property whilst I was out of the country.. So all of this was done remotely via the google maps chat. All in all, this was probably one of the most hassle free experiences I have ever had with a company… they are professional, responsive and deliver an excellent result!! Thanks soo much again.. you made a potentially stressful job a breeze!
