Dave Jackson5 StarI made the mistake of going on holiday and leaving my Thule roof box keys at home and a 4hr drive away. A Google led me to fast keys late in the day. The online webchat sorted me out. I got the keys I needed before 1300 the following day. No need for a 8hr round trip to get the keys and we got access to our clothes. Great service at a good price. E Haide5 StarNeeded an unlock button soldered onto my car key motherboard after the last one sheared off. Numerous others insisted I buy a whole new key without even looking at the one I have but these guys managed to solder me on a new button right off the bat and get the key functioning better then it already was (previous boot button wasn't functioning properly which was also replaced) and they got straight on it with me spending little to no time at all before I was on my way with a fully functioning car key. Brilliant customer service being served as soon as I step into the place and the guys there were polite and welcoming. Top notch service 👍🏻Friday 25th February 2022
Roger Turner5 StarPhoned smart phone Friday afternoon and spoke to Mark concerning a problem with my Jaguar XF keys not locking and unlocking the car. Mark was extremely helpful and invited me to drive to the store as soon as I could make it. Made very welcome and given a coffee while I waited.
Mark managed to fix the problem with both keys and the price was a very pleasant surprise. I had been apprehensive about going to a main dealer as I had heard that they were expensive.
