This place literally ruined my brand new engagement ring. I brought it in to be resized. They completely messed it up and didn't even offer any compensation.

The staff here are immensely friendly and have helped me with a range of jewellery tasks, from tiny to (for me) large. No request of mine, however idiosyncratic, has been mocked; each one has been taken seriously to completion. Example: I had a small, essentially worthless old lapel pin that I asked to have gilded. They joined in the fun completely when I chose to upgrade a handful of Turkish rings consisting of decent silver settings and fake stones; thanks to them, these rings now contain unusual and dazzling--and surprisingly affordable--authentic gemstones. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough. For the first time in my life, I have a jeweller I call my own.

DO NOT GO HERE! They will ruin your jewellery. They ruined my fiancé’s 3000 pound engagement ring. Almost impossible to get ahold of, and if they give you a timetable for some thing being done, I can promise they will take longer than they say. They will offer nothing but lost money, over priced garbage, and subpar service.

After waiting for three weeks for my watch to be repaired, i finally asked it back unrepaired and paid 20pounds for a battery (which had been replaced). I should have checked it because that battery was useless.
