Had a new front door fitted, and managed to lock ourselves out of the house. Called Executive Security Locksmiths at about 6.30pm. Thay arrived within half and hour and had us back in our house within 10 minutes, with no damage to the door. Thanks.

Last week, lockdown finally turned my brain to mush and I managed to lock myself out of my house around dinnertime. My property manager pointed me to Executive Security Locksmith so I called. I think it was Josh who picked up the phone and then eventually also Josh who popped by my house to save me. Everything about the interaction was fantastic. This is not exactly a low stress time we're living through, and Josh was so calm when he picked up the phone (I was decidedly not calm at the time!) and incredibly nice when he arrived. Not to mention incredibly quick at opening the door. So a huge thanks to Josh and the whole team. I was so relieved and it's also just so nice to have such a good experience when our current lives are a bit crazy.
