Craig Salisbury5 StarThis is my new go-to dealer for watches and Jewelry. Popped in this morning to look at some watches, I knew what I wanted but my wife needed a little more assistance. The service was excellent and walked away with these two wonderful items.
I do prefer an independent shop to large chains, everyone is just so much more helpful.

There was no hard sell at all, they simply showed me all the options and even suggested I could look at other shops to find the right watch. I originally bought my watch through them but had to wait 3 - 5 months, which wasn’t a problem at all. Unfortunately there was a further wait of another 5 months on the watch, which wouldn’t work for me as I had bought this for my wedding, but they were very helpful and apologetic. They offered me a refund on my deposit did whatever they could to help! Will definitely be buying my next watch through them and would highly recommendFriday 1st April 2022

Service was more than the value of the watch, but they understood the sentimental value and did a restoration that didn’t outright replace everything and I was very happy with how I was treated as I wouldn’t say I was a typical customer.Sunday 1st May 2022
