I recently moved into a new house and wanted to check that it was suitably secure. I contacted Edwards Locksmiths for advice and arranged for Mark to visit the next day. Mark arrived the next morning and was a very nice guy, he advised on what needed doing and more impressively advised on things that didn’t need doing which I though did, he could easily of made more money but instead was very honest. The quote for the work was very reasonable and within a few days Mark carried out all the works without any issues. Great all round service and would def recommend and use again…. Thanks Mark!

Mark changed all the locks in our house and undertook and a review of our door & window security to ensure we were in the best shape possible. Really nice bloke and of course both very knowledgeable and professional as you would want from your locksmith. Highly recommended.

I called first thing in the morning after an attempted break in. Mark was very kind and understanding about the incident and attended as soon as he could that afternoon. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and reassured us that the new lock would not only act as a deterrent to any prospective thieves but would be harder to break in to. It was nice to deal with a friendly, calm person after such a worrying incident.
