As usual the service was excellent. The guy at the counter was thoroughly competent, identified immediately what was wrong with the lock, fitted a new part for a very small price and saved me having to buy a new lock which would have been extremely expensive. Thank you. Henry

What a treasure trove of a place. I doubt there's nothing key wise that can't be replicated. Anything for your house ie. Locks , door knobs ect ect it's in here .....

We needed a key cut for a victorian cupboard door. It was a non-standard large old key we needed copied. The staff were very helpful and got the key cut for us within a few days. It works perfectly.
