I am so pleased I called East End Locks -- Mike was lovely and explained clearly what he needed to do and why. The rate was also much more reasonable than the other locksmiths I called. Mike was able to get me access without needing to replace any locks and advised on good security arrangements for the future. He seemed to really know about his trade and to care about fixing people's problems in the cheapest and quickest way.

I highly recommend East End Locks! I could tell they were tied up for the day but it was obvious that they really wanted to help me get into my home (as i was locked out). I called and spoke to a worker who was really kind, reassuring and helpful. The pricing was completely transparent and affordable. They were really helpful and professional and came out to me even before the scheduled time. I couldn't be happier with the job and know where to go with any future lock issues. The customer service was 10/10. Thank you :)

Gave me rolling updates on timing, sorted three locks on the house swiftly and did the job to a top notch standard. Bottom lock on my front door was stuck and couldn't get into my house. Called East End Locks and they were with me within 30 mins, Fairly priced and maintained the price originally quoted. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing locksmith services.
