lorna hunter5 StarCalled Dundee Locksmiths for a quote to repair my backdoor which had a fault on the locking mechanism and I couldn’t even shut door properly anymore. Quotes I’d had for labour alone from national firms very steep. Dundee Locksmiths we’re out within hour and it turned out my door lock type was now discontinued and I was thinking I would need a new French style external door. They managed to repair and replace the faulty section of lock using supplies from another door they had. Parts weren’t charged for as they were off another door lock removed from a previous job which had a different fault. Labour cost was only £30 and they were out to the house twice. All fixed by early afternoon and they used their iniative. Highly impressed and thank you again.Sunday 19th September 2021
