You will always speak directly to the locksmith so there is no call centre or third parties involved. Although I am an independent locksmith I also work closely with a network of accredited, checked and vetted locksmiths in and around York so if we, for any reason, are unavailable, we will always have a locksmith who can quickly attend a job no matter how big or small.  Having spoken directly to you, I will arrange to carry out the work as soon as possible - at your convenience. I always aim to complete work on the first visit, however if further work is required or parts need to be ordered etc, this is included in the price quoted. We wanted locks checked and changed having moved house. Mel was super efficient and explained our options really clearly. She also adjusted our very sticky front door mechanism so that it now locks smoothly, and gave helpful advice on maintenance. Very happy with her work and prices too!

Just bought a new house and wanted to make sure everything was secure and the locks were up to standard. Rang Mel and not only was she able to come the same day, look over our doors and suggest options, but also fitted temp locks until our new ones arrived! Mel was great. Turned up promptly as arranged and worked hard to solve a problem, not just with the lock, but with the whole lock system and the inner door - and for no extra charge although it took much much longer to fix than anticipated. Pricing was very, very reasonable. Dr Locks clearly believe in giving a great and professional service. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend them to others.
