Dr Lock came out to me immediately after I got the keys to my new house but couldn't get in! Incredibly helpful, very informative and gave excellent advice, plus he fitted me a new lock very quickly. V good value for money and I would recommend him - I will be calling him again if I ever need to! Thanks Dr Lock! Dr Lock responded quickly to my initial enquiry for an outside code lock to be fitted to a cupboard. After he saw a picture of the cupboard he was able to quote and book in the job for me. On fitting the lock itself he was extremely efficient. Very professional and friendly in all of my communications with him and I would definitely use again and highly recommend. Found Dr Lock through a Facebook group, they came highly recommended. The work I needed wasn’t an emergency but I called for a quote and they provided this there and then. They then arrived to do the work within the hour at a really good price. Very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Had a problem with a lock on French doors. Nick’s response time was incredible. Had the parts and my problem solved in half an hour. His pricing was extremely reasonable. We got peace of mind and a great deal. Lovely guy to deal with. Highly recommend Nick.

I recently trained with Nick and went for the full tool and stock package I have to say it is absolutely solid value for money everyting in the kit is what I used in the live jobs and I have now started my business without having to buy anything at all.
