He answered the communication immediately and arrived within 45 minutes which is good going seeing as it was a Saturday evening. In less than a minute after he arrived, I was back in my house. He quickly fixed the garage lock, saying there was no need to replace and only put a new lock in the sunroom when it was clear that he couldn’t resolve the problem.
