Bill Hiskett5 StarHad a lock break on Friday afternoon (in the locked position so all safe), David was round the next morning and sorted it there and then at a very reasonable price. He had the required spares on his well presented van and we all had a great chat into the bargain.

Cana CBDOil5 StarCalled David of DB Security this morning just for a quote on a busted french door lock mechanism that needed replacing in a house I rent, Glemsford. He identified the lock from a photo I sent, called my tenant directly to arrange a suitable time and replaced busted lock all by 4pm (the same day). At a time when everything is blooming expensive and you seem to hang onto a phone to a helpdesk for hours with little effectiveness, the service from DB Security was superb and the price was very reasonable too. My tenant is delighted, I’m delighted, and the French doors are beside themselves, with joy.
