We had a ‘blown’ double glazing pane and picked Dave’s name out of Nova News. He arrived on time, was very careful with the measuring and came back 3 days later to fit the new pane. Whilst doing so he explained his full range of services including locksmithing. Which was just as well, as within an hour of him leaving, our front door lock started to play up. Dave was back within an hour of us calling, diagnosed the problem and the most cost-effective way of resolving it. As well as fitting the new lock, he adjusted the door and frame to fit better and gave advice on lock maintenance. We were well pleased with Dave’s level of service and customer care and would have no hesitation in using him again. (No connection with Dave except as a satisfied customer).
