Trevor Parcell2 StarSales assistant William was great we had to wait about 30 minutes due to a technical issue a with the computer system it would not print any invoice He tried his best to resolve the issue,with very little help from the store Managers, who seemed more interested in using mobile phones. All in all a poor experience from a Major retailer, asked for a freebie on the way out to compensate for out wasted time but to no avail.Monday 14th February 2022
