Not a great experience today. I decided recently to upgrade my TV and after a great deal of research I settled on 50 inch model. The PC World website had it listed for collection that afternoon or delivery. On arrival at the store I had plenty of time to look at a vast range of 50 inch sets and found a "colleague" (I preferred when they were assistants) to help and I asked him to demonstrate the sound on a particular set. He couldn't. Still, I was ready to go ahead with parting with £499.00 to find out that the set was not actually in stock and had an undefined delivery time which was anything up to a month. I selected another set but it wasn't in stock either. In fact NONE of the 20 odd 50 inch sets were available. Totally wasted afternoon. I think that Curry's/PC World and I are finished.

I found one of the products I bought cheaper in another store so curry's refunded the difference no problem good on you curry's 👍

Was served by someone who didn't know anything about cameras but was very polite and helpful by telling me he didn't have a clue and got someone who knew what he was talking about very good experience shopping and had no one trying to make out that they knew what they were doing

Went to purchase a large screen laptop for my Dad. He's partially sighted so required some assistance from staff. They were helpful & were able to quickly show us what options were available. Didn't have to wait long & our purchase was quick.

Not great at all with regard to printers. HP Laser printer on display that I would like to buy. I asked a staff member if I could buy it please having made several previous visits to the store and discussed the printer with other staff. "Sorry we don't have that in store". OK fair enough, so I asked if I could order it - "Um no sorry we can't order that either". So can I buy this printer please? "Sorry no". OK, so I asked why is it on display if its not available - no reply. Ah ok, so I suggested they may want to take it off display or at least put a note on the front saying you cannot buy this printer here, the reply was "Sorry that's not Company policy". Really not good Currys - it was like a scene out of Little Britain - ridiculous. Went elsewhere and ordered.
