Waiting for staff to see what the best product was for our means completely ignored

wanted to look at inkjet printers and laptops in store was told to wait standing in a square which i didn't see much point because it wasn't really busy and i wouldn't be bothering anyone....staff member that was by the door was really rude and condescending completely forgot about me so i ended up leaving annoyed....would have been easier to just let people look at stuff freely and limit the people in store coming in and out instead of letting people in and just forcing them to wait around in the store anyway.....

The service me and my friend got here was wonderful... the girl that served me (Ashleigh) was amazing and she went above and beyond for us and I couldn't fault her customer service !! Would deffo go back for my electrical and gaming goods... fantastic service and lovely store

Slow customer service, staff can't be bothered to serve customers they rather just walk around chatting to colleagues. Fix up.
