Claire Malcolm3 StarPurchased a laptop on Friday which was due in on the Saturday. Fine. We were to get an email to advise it was in but to ignore as we were getting a bundle installed. No email.. we were to get a phone call when ready. No phone call. Went in this morning and laptop was sitting in the cupboard still software not installed. To go back in two hours. There was an apology for a miscommunication. Not happy.Tuesday 12th April 2022

John Whitehill5 StarOur oven broke on 23rd December with 10 people arriving for Christmas dinner. Onto website that night, ordered a new oven to be collected next morning first thing. The team couldn't have been more efficient. Was back in my van five minutes after opening, very helpful team getting the oven in the van.
