Stock seems to be ordered to the store for most of my recent items so you have to wait 2 or more days. It does arrive but I like to collect and go at the time. Good price match offer and the tech trade in is good

I visited the store with my daughter to buy her white goods for the kitchen of her new flat. The store had one other customer who i could see. He was being dealt with at the customer service desk. My daughter and I checked out the washing machines, fridge freezer and cookers. We must have spent 30 mins before making a decision on what ones she liked. We waited for a member of staff to approach us.... But none did, despite at least 3 of them standing around a till. So my daughter and I left and we have since made our purchases elsewhere.

Son went in store to buy a PlayStation controller. Was told by a female member of staff who looked at her tablet that they did not have any of the controllers in stock. Son came home and looked online at the same store and they had the one he wanted. Ordered for collection. I went in and collected. The guy asked me for my order number and the card used to pay for the order. All normal, but whilst I was getting those details, another staff member came down with controller box in hand and just confirmed my name and handed it to me. Lovely sticky box. Great . So not sure why the confusion as to how I receive my order. Anyway I asked him why my son had been told they had none in stock earlier and he gives some story about how he had moved them all and she maybe didn't see them when she looked... however the girl didn't actually go and look, she just clicked on her tablet and computer says no. Id have thought that if your website can tell me you have them in stock then your own system will also say the same thing?

Good system for shopping, person at door asks what products you are interested in, then if you require advice go back to them and they contact the salesperson to help you. Easy ordering. Will wait to see if it turns out to be satisfactory.
