What I wanted in a certain colour was not in stick so ordered and paid for item which was then delivered to the store fir collection. Mike G1 StarOrdered a new cooker with installation and added the premium for early delivery. The delivery date was missed by two days, then they cancelled on the rearranged day. The next date offered was three weeks away but we weren't available. I was told there were no other dates before of after that date and may only option was to cancel the order in store. Back in the store the next week the guy on the desk said this happens all the time. Take my advice just go to Furness Heating, better service.Monday 31st January 2022
