Bought one of the high-end, rather expensive screen protectors just a couple of weeks ago, in Inverness, which is faulty. I visited the store again today to be pointed in the direction of the manufacturer to make a warranty claim. Consumer retail rights and guarantees are a thing, so I wish Carphone trained their staff better to know what their responsibilities are. Disappointed and such a waste of my time.

Well organised online order just went when messaged, parked, opened the boot , staff popped item in boot, I closed it and that s that.

The staff in this store are great. Unfortunately the store itself is underwhelming and they do not have alot of stock on show. I have been in serval times and everytime they have not stocked the item I wanted. Most things have to be ordered online to the store but I might as well order the item off ebuyer or amazon at that point. If you know they have the item in the store its worth going in but if your unsure I would have a look else where to see if you can get a better price before ordering into store.
