Shocking experience this morning in this store. Went in to purchase two sets of noise cancelling headphones. Seven members of staff just standing in a group talking with no intention of coming over to assist. I walked over and asked for some assistance none out of the seven could help so said they would get someone. One finally came over but said he couldn’t help as he had no headphones for us to try as he may damage the box getting them out . I said I would like to try to make sure they are of quality and to look at how they work connect etc, but again he said he cannot get any out to show we could only look at the picture of the headphones on the hanger ! Companies wonder why people buy from the internet and not in store anymore ! Well done curry’s you have just lost £549 .

Currys is a great place to check the item you need then just walk down to argos and actually buy it. On two separate occasions now first a laptop then a tablet. They are more interested in having a chat than assisting you with buying anything as they are "to busy"

This store itself was fine. Well stocked and staff were really friendly. However Currys "price match" promise is a bit misleading. I found cheaper elsewhere but as the model numbers were different, they wouldn't match it... trouble is products are made for Currys and John Lewis specifically and ergo the products get a bespoke id, even though they are the same !!
