Reviewed a few years ago after visiting and was not impressed at all, leaving a 2 star review. Paid a visit recently (April 2022) and wow what a change from previous years. Gone are the pushy sales people and ignorant staff. In its place is a store where everyone is on hand to help you and you're not kept waiting long for items. Click & Collect parking bays are available where you don't even have to get out of your car, the staff bring your items out to you. Its as if Currys or the store has had a massive shake up in standards for the better. Great job at turning things around.

Its a lovely place for all devices and electronic needs. Go online store to go with your physical shopping as items online can be picked up in store or free delivery to your address. Excellent staff and service generally. Flexible payment plan to set up within minutes.

I went to buy a budget phone. The lady who was trying to help me probably knew her phones inside out but had no idea about people whatsoever! She was monosyllabic and getting the info I needed was like pulling teeth. I think that the concept of talking about budget phones was beyond her. She seemed bored and uninterested and spoke to me as if I was stupid. I may be compared to her level of knowledge about phones but surely isn't that why she is stood there supposedly helping people?! 🤷‍♀️
