Matthew Allton4 StarWent in to collect a microwave combi oven I'd bought online. Bit of an odd...click on the button when you arrive app to add you to queue. I was number one so no queue. Told to go to front of store to collect...a bit vague in such a large store! Even vaguer when it turns out collections aren't at collections and returns as marked on wall...turning right after entering, but actually at pay here...turn left! So after wait ING 10mins to get served, I find out it's not in stock and not available for resale so a wasted journey.
