I bought a powerbank but I gave them back after 15 minutes as I realized that it wasn't a good choice, it was annoying seeing how quickly my money goes out but if I need it back it was so many questions and the guy at the receptions said that if the box was damaged it can't be refunded... this annoyed me more because the powerbank boxes were all opened and broken. No feel confortable to buy something else in this store for a while.

Currys PC World at Mallard Rd Bournemouth. We needed help with laptop problems and Alice in the appropriate department was absolutely fantastic. She sorted all the immediate problems and one or two more besides. Nothing was too much trouble. She is a great advert for the store and we shall definitely buy our replacement product there when it becomes necessary.

I can honestly say I’ve never experienced anything like this. I went in and brought a new phone a week ago, swapped networks but kept the same number. Curry’s hadn’t transferred any of my details over to Vodafone so therefor they have no idea who I am. I have spent the past 4 hours trying to figure this out but no luck. I called curry’s back once again to ask them to check the details that haven’t been sent across or what’s been messed up. I got put on hold by the lady and when she picked back up I can’t even describe the attitude she had with me, I’ve never had someone speak to me with more disrespect than she did (I think her name was Lhana or something like that, all I know is it begins with an L and sounded like that) I straight away stopped her and told her I didn’t appreciate the way she spoke to me and all I was after was some help. I hadn’t spoken to her in a rude manor the whole phone call. She then puts me on hold once again and then when she comes back she says nothing and hangs up on me. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them again since she ended it and no one answers… Just had a call with someone else, they knew who I was straight away(funny that) and they’ve now given me a number that doesn’t work and isn’t even connected to anything. Absolute joke. I can’t believe that these are the type of people they have behind the call of customer service. Absolutely shocking and I can’t stress enough how complicated they have made this whole entire situation which should’ve been done overnight automatically.

Took an item ordered online back as it was damaged. Wish I'd gone straight to click and collect as the staff were really helpful, especially Alice on the enquiries counter. They took the damaged item, checked their stock and replaced it immediately.
