Emma Riedel5 StarI took in my son's laptop to be looked at. I was seen after a few minutes by Joshua who dealt with us. Joshua did everything he could to try and help and was very knowledgeable. Other members of staff came over to deal with other customers but they all needed Josh to help and at one point poor Joshua was attempting to deal with 4 customers at once. Joshua is clearly an important part of the team and I'm not sure I would of received the same service if he wasn't there.Friday 27th May 2022
